Delivered meal eventough it was vancelled

I left a message. Still waiting for a reply.

We communicated by WhatsApp to pause delivery until Sept 2026. Food is scheduled to be delivered, and money is taken out of our account on the 29th of last month!

The food was good but not the customer service

You have sent me into an unarranged over draft due to not being able to cancel my subscription. I am a vulnerable person and do not have the money to spend.

My last delivery was shocking, the package was left on my doorstep for anyone to take and I was disappointed in the smoothies.

The money taken out of my bank was £150. I would like a refund because I will take it to court for fraud as I didnt know the money was coming out.

Awful customer service

Just had a delivery of 4 items which was a lot less than I ordered and cost £76:56
