We communicated by WhatsApp to pause delivery until Sept 2026. Food is scheduled to be delivered, and money is taken out of our account on the 29th of last month!

The food was good but not the customer service
You have sent me into an unarranged over draft due to not being able to cancel my subscription. I am a vulnerable person and do not have the money to spend.
My last delivery was shocking, the package was left on my doorstep for anyone to take and I was disappointed in the smoothies.
The money taken out of my bank was £150. I would like a refund because I will take it to court for fraud as I didnt know the money was coming out.

Ive been left in an unarranged over draft due to the money going out of my bank without notice. The food was left on my doorstep for my first delivery, so anyone could have taken it. Tried to cancel latest order but money taken (£150) but no response from anyone at all.

- - Cancelling after tasting the first meal still incurs a 20% fee on next delivery, even if it is in 6 days.
Be careful, if you signup (even at 40% off first delivery) and then cancel *even* on the day of the first delivery having tasted the first meal, they'll still extort money out of you at 20% off the next delivery even if it is in 6 days time. That is awful customer service or at worse a scam. Beware!

I am very upset with the current situation, as only 4 items from a much larger order were delivered. This was my first order from Five, so it's not a good impression of this company or their customer service department. They are obviously understaffed if the response time is anything to go by.
