On April 8, 2019 my low tire pressure warning was lit. I took the car to my nearest Ford dealer, friendly ford, 660 N Decatur, Las Vegas.

I was told there was a small hole in the tire and it would not be repairable and Ford would not do anything for me so nearly 108 dollars later. I was upset as I bought the car new 5 months ago.

On FordPass it says they are guaranteed 100% for 12 months and I was told I was going to be issued a refund . Now I was told their service manager refused and there’s nothing they can do
