Chevrolet Warranty Review
I have had my 2013 Chevy Impala to Friendly Chevrolet located in Dallas, TX 3 times for the same problem. I was told that my 3 year, 36,000 mile warranty has expired and repairs are going to cost approx. $370. I told them if they fixed it right the first time there would have not been a problem. Furthermore, they have had my car since last Friday morning at 6:30 AM. They did provide me with a loaner. I did purchase an extended warranty but there is a $100 deductible. I feel that Friendly Chevrolet should cover the deductible.
