Where's my oder

They have changed to sms only. They do not take actual phone calls from their consumers. I ordered 7 days ago; they charged accountbut has yet to be shipped. Every email gets an automated reply. No person.

User's recommendation: Don’t order from company.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement.

i had ordered the The Complete Package of Cedarwood / Oakmoss / Amber on October 29th, got the confirmation email with order number, have tried contacting support wondering where my order was. until last week when i got an email that this product has been back ordered and if id like to swap it out for another fragrance which i did. but it seems like that will be for my NEXT order. not the one i placed in October. every time id try to contact support it would say the page could not be found. i finally found pissedconsumer.com that allowed me to send this email to get some kind of answers.

Tried everyday to sign in, change password, manage subscription, etc. Will not sign in, does not send text code to phone or email to reset password and in other cases the page says "page does not exist" when trying to sign in.

User's recommendation: Be cautious.
