Fresno Unified school district pathetic mean unhelpful

People in government are totally out of touch. They are bred to believe they are absolutely exceptional. It used to be you taught students from a solid working class. Now you are trained to accept they come from the bottom rungs. The teachers and staff and administration mostly live on the north side of town. If you are a fresno state teaching student you are favored. If you come from or returned from some place else, generally there is a very unfriendly attitude. If you get in the sub system watch out! No one is going to provide you a reference but getting and staying at a lt assignment is very difficult. There is a lot of favoritism sexism good old boy or girl type of gossip and bs. At all times the careerist hype overshadows altruism authenticity encouraging students to take advantage of afterschool to get more homework done. Too much is done to seal off the parents and insulate the students. The fakeness is to maintain the illusion everything is fine when of course it isnt many of the neighborhoods are aging dying and full of underemployed adults. So while the district does do what it can to create a good many PT temporary jobs, only the blowhard careerist become permanent FT. And then those become the most insensitive callous smug what have yous. Also this is a very red voting bloc always 100% behind the marines. Just compare the permanents with the temps and one can detect politically based prejudices.
