Item paided for and not sent
I ordered a labrat diamond stud that cost approx $240 on January 1 2021. At that time I also paided for express 2 day shipping.
I don't receive my order until January 10th I got an email from Fresh Trends saying that they were STARTING my order. They gave no estimated arrival date and I tried tracking it with their app and all it said was unfulfilled. So another two weeks go by and I hear absolutely nothing from Fresh Trends. So I tried finding their number on Google and they were all disconnected fake numbers.
So I emailed they as ask them why my order was taking so long. Three days later I received an email from them saying that they are experiencing supply chain issues. But didn't mention when my order would be shipped at all. So I found another number off their email and I left a voicemail.
Shortly after I received another email saying that they are having problems with their phones. They stated that my item would be ready January 27th. Today is January 31 st and I haven't received my order or the refund that I have requested multiple times. This company is like alot of these disgusting online companies who take customers money and make excuses indefinitely until you press serious action.
I read several of the reviews for this company and this is absolutely a pattern for this company. They should be prosecuted for theft.
I will be contacting The Florida Better Business Bureau tomm and I also know very influential people in the Florida business community. I'm gonna do everything I can to make certain this business isn't allowed to play games with their customers

Owner of company contacted me yesterday. Hope all is resolved.
Ordered a piece of jewelry on Nov 19. Tracking code says no number exists. Today is December 14th. I am calling my cc company today to request reimbursement.
