New Reviewer

Owner of Freshly's is the worst ever.

Received incorrect order that I picked up. After I got home I called the store and informed them of the error they made. The person wanted to remake the order and deliver it, but that was gonna take another 45 minutes, and it was already late. I said I would settle with the owner the next day. Called the store, he would not identify himself as the owner but I found out he is. Jim I think his name is, offered me $3 off my next order, I told him he should replace the two sandwiches and he said no and hung up on me. Looking on Yelp I have found other complaints against this guy where he has told people to F...off and hung up. I guess i was lucky he didn't tell me to F...off. I have not been back since and wrote up a review on yelp. I just came across this site tonight and though I would post here also.
