I have bought a pair of these for my son and they turned out to be too small. I have emailed about the return , there is NO working phone for the company . In order for u to return you have to make sure they approve it.. so when I just sent them back they resent them to me again ! What a joke ! Will NOT recommend this company to anyone ... this day and age and prices they charge they should have a little more customer support !

Bad Shopping Experience with Freshly Picked Moccasins

I bought moccasins online for my niece that lives in Sweden. The moccasins were 60$ plus 11$ shipping and handling. I didn't know the company is mailing them with UPS and now my brother in Sweden has to pay 40$ to pick them up from the UPS. I emailed Freshly Picked and they don't care. They said it's Sweden's customs and tax fees, and they can't waive that, plus they don't refund international purchases. They have nothing on the web site saying that UPS will charge the recipient. That's a rip off. Where do I complain? And how can I return the product and receive a refund?
