yes they sent $5 online points for a 16$ order that was not OK. further emails ignored
absolutely no vale for money. the bowls are so pricey and the quality is below avg.
The service at the location was ok. But the food itself was bad
Harbourfront location: Ordered Buddha Satay and asked for veggies to be soft. they were crunchy and noodles were stickly.

I placed an order on my phone for my local Freshii store in Bradford Ontario when I got there my order wasnt there and I checked my phone and somehow had selected Innisfil Ontario which I dont live close to so by the time I got to the restaurant to pick up my order sometime head passed I called Innisfil. She cancelled the order with no issue and said I could get a refund when I tried to get a refund through Skip, they wouldnt give it to me because they said I only have five minutes to cancel my order from time of placing the order which doesnt really help me in the situation because I had to drive to the restaurant before I found out I had made the mistake.
It seems I have my daughters address attached to the same account and it went to the one by her house , all Im asking for is a refund as I re-ordered again from my Bradford store so I paid double for two items that night I would really appreciate it. You can help me on this.

They wanna no what happened but theres no repercussions or advantage to the claims for oneself only words that it shouldnt b like that & they will advise the employees

Verified ReviewerSharp plastic found in wrap
I ordered a wrap from freshii to take home and eat and after a few bites this sharp piece of plastic was in the wrap and it hurt my mouth when I was eating it! Employees need to be more careful this could have been really bad if swallowed as it was razor sharp!!! very disappointed about this!

Concern about your store in Aruba
I was at the airport in Aruba and ordered a Baja burrito, no chicken and a water. I was charged for a Baja burrito and a water (Vitali) for $7.00 After looking at bill I asked the person taking my order what is Vitali, she didn't understand me and I asked if it was this water, that was not vitali.
I told her I did not want it and she would not refund me. When I went to eat burrito there was chicken and I tried to get another one without chicken and they would not let me get one I wanted.
No-one speaks english, they were rude, and their customer service skills were poor. I was placed my order 12/9/22 around 1:30pm.
