Goods arrived damaged, seller refuses refund

Bought two prints from online homewares store www.freshcutinteriors.com when they arrived in the post they were severley damaged. Not clear if packaged inappropriately or caused by post office, however when contacted owner about replacing or offering refund, told too bad because I had accepted delivery and I should "try ironing out" the wrinkles. Have made an official complaint via PayPal but as the owner has been so rude to me from the outset, and she blocked me on social media so I couldn't leave a review of my experience, I feel compelled to warn others. Don't buy from Freshcut Interiors NZ you will not be assisted if any problems!
