I am trying to call and cancel my order. You have me on a repeat order and please cancel.

Well, I'm not happy with your company right now. I have made numerous requests to cancel my orders because you have me on a repeat.

I need to cancel that and cancel any further orders. It does not dissolve well in coffee.

Having trouble completing subscription order form.

The subscription site eventually self-corrected. A day later a customer support representative did email me to help if needed.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They sent me the product.

Business does not accept phone calls

They stopped people from calling them! I will stop using them because if youre running a business, you should do the work and answer your phone!

I did not get my 20% off so that I am really angry because I cant call about that! These businesses are getting lazy and expect everyone else to do the job!
