I recently purchased a gift card from Fresha's website for my mother for Mother's Day. The salon I chose was one that was offered on Fresha's website, and it is also the nail salon my mother goes to.
My mother recently went to use her gift card (gift card code), and when she spoke with the salon owner, he informed her that he only accepts gift certificates that he sells in his salon only. How is Fresha going to make it mandatory for you to book your appointment online in order to redeem your gift card for a salon that will not accept this type of payment? This is total BS. And when I tried to get in touch with this company, all I can get is an email address.
Of course, they haven't responded. I will keep trying and update this review if anything miraculous happens.
Judging by all the other reviews, I will not hold my breath.

- - I emailed them to unsubscribe and stop messages.
- - After booking once, I got unsolicited texts and emails and they violate TCPA and CAN-SPAM.
I have emailed them numerous times told them to unsubscribe me and stop emailing and texting me. They are violating the TCPA and CAN-SPAM Act. after using them just once to book an appointment i had received an enormous amount of unsolicited spam text and emails.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Fresha looked into it at my request and unknowingly to me my gift card had already been applied to a previous appointment payment by the company themselves.I didn't understand where it had gone because I had not actively applied it myself!Mystery solved ... all sorted!Thankyou for all your relevant input regarding this issue.Much appreciated

Strong objection to being required to provide bank details before appointment

REALLY!!! This is poor practice, especially in this day and age of stolen information.
