I have $1816.03 on my fresha acct and they had my bank verified and then the next day i log on and it still says verified but it wont let me cashout cause they say it still needs to be verified. I dont understand.
Now they wont let me add my 2nd bank acct to let me cashout the money i got.
I dont understand why i cant link a bank and there is no customer service numbers to call everytime i leave them messages and they dont reply back. All i want is my money off my account its is my money i worked hard for my money this is bs.

Verified ReviewerResolved: Unable to Transfer Funds, No Response in Weeks
I've contacted their "support team" 4 times in 2 weeks about not being able to transfer my money out of my wallet and into my bank account. The option to do so no longer exists!
The "send money" button is not highlighted, no matter how many times I press the send money button nothing happens. There's no way for my boss to retract the funds or cancel the funds which mean it's up to me to figure out.
It's ridiculous that they don't have a phone number! Horrible company.

They are using my business and website to promote the wrong business. The informationi isn’t correct! There are ohat the address different suite numbers. We’re not barbers.
There are at least 4 businesses using the same address, but they all have different suite numbers. They are using our website as their own and uploaded photos of a different business on our site.
We are not a barbershop, and we are black owned an operated and all female business. !!!

I have had a traumatic experience at a salon with no way to leave a review. I contacted Fresha customer service email to let them know about this and it has been 5 days with no response from them, even with 3 follow up emails. Appalling behaviour.

This is far by the worst experience, my business even took a downfall from this situation, I contacted them many times by email never once got a response. Im starting to think these guys know exactly what they are doing! This has become a major problem since I tried this Fresha business!

I'm the owner of Rustic Town Barber in Almonte Ontario and on your website there is a guy with crossed arms that has no association with my company. I would like it removed.
How do we go about this?
Constant spam but no way of unsubscribing.
Keep on getting phone spam but there is no way of unsubscribing or easily contacting them. I have tried searching their web site for contact details but have not found how to.

To get my money back
I would like my £500 back as I paid this in good faith for 12 sessions at the Birkenhead branch for Airbrush body sculpture I have emailed and messaged since they cancelled my appointment they are not getting back to me. I am a pensioner and I cant afford to lose this money I needed this procedure so I could lose weight so I can have my surgery done I paid in December had one session then excuses after this can you pls get back to me thanks Linda loughran

Fresha has been disabling my payment processing because they don't and haven't paid my payout but yet still take the fees out of my money now they have it to where I can't even receive enable to once again, for the 6th time enable them, I sent numerous emails, no response, they have over $1309 of my money, u contacted a lawyer and now all a sudden my payments are once again disabled! They have no phone number and I see why! They are crooks and I want my money, I'll be contacting my lawyer again in the morning letting her know what they did

I AM LITERALLY SICK TO MY STOMACH, I HAVE LOST $230 in one week. I JUST REALIZED AS I HAVE TAKEN THESE CUSTOMERS PAYMENTS. NOTHING IS SECURE AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A PAYOUT!
