Horrible Experience Felt threatened and unsafe inside Fresh Thyme

Dear Sir or Madam

I walked into Fresh Thyme store 14727 Fresh thyme Market Dr, Carmel, IN 46033 on Friday 11/8/25 right before closing. The doors were open and there is no sign not to walk in.

I was soon approached by a very angry manger with the name of Bryan.

He kept yelling and screening because I wanted to pick up few items.

He started yelling they are closing even when it was not 9 pm yet.

The check out time on my receipt was 904 pm

I felt very unsafe, intimidated, harassed and threatened.

When I walked outside the store to the parking lot (Fresh Thyme property) he walked outside.He was very angry and it was dark. That is when I feared for my safety.

I went inside my car and locked my doors. I was close to calling 911.

Overall horrible experience.

I am considering reporting the incident to the consumer protection and the attorney General Office

I am writing to you because you have the responsibility to protect the customers and treati them with respect when they are on your property

The Consumer Protection Agency and Attorney General have nothing to do with store security. You couldn’t have felt that threatened because you stayed and shopped. Next time shop earlier.

Store closed in my city before I could use my gift cards.

The store closed days after announcing its closure. By the time I got there the store was closed.

Please advise how I can redeem the gift Do not cards. I know that Meijer is involved in ownership and I use them as my primary store. The people there had no idea what to do with the cards.

Report a bad freshtyme milk product poisoning

I drank freshtyme 2 per cent organic milk and it had a horrible tase and made me very ill. Expiration date 11-19-25

Preferred solution: Get it off the market , the carton was bulging when I returned to freshtyme today. Clearly poisonous.

I visited the 157** **nd Ave N, Plymouth, MN 55447 store today Fri 08/30/24 around 12:10PM. I work at the hospital across the highway so having limited time wanted to grab something real quick for lunch.

I tried to buy a small box of sushi but the whole display was totally empty.

I stopped by another display to have a box of greek salad (the only kind they had) but an employee was letting me know that the boxes do not have prices stamped on yet. So I approached the entrance looking around to find something I can have for lunch. 2 middle aged ladies were lingering around and they finally asked me if I need help. I told them my problem exactly how I described it above.

They both shrugged their shoulders, no answer. I attempted to protest when I was literally mocked.

I took photos of the 2 store employees when the manager walked up. I tried to take a photo of her too and she grabbed my phone. At that point I left the store but I demand satisfaction.

Kathy and Nikki started the whole alteration.

NOTE: I do not want a "corporate" answer !!! Something like "it was a misunderstanding but we are committed to whatever customer service" etc etc.

I don't get satisfactory answer I will fill a law suit.

Ramen noodles always work in a pinch. Or a microwave meal.

The manager should not have touched your personal property, that is a big no no but you also should not be waving your phone in employees' faces. It seems you escalated the situation. Good luck with your lawsuit as you have no case and no damages.

You can't sue for anything. I suggest you find alternatives for lunch.

4th time I have traveled a long way to buy a product they have a special sale on. Less than 2 hours after it started (10am) they are sold out.

This has happened way too many times to be a coincidence.

They must only have a few but never state that. I'm done.
