I spent 2 years buying orange juice and at least twice a month the juice was made with rotten oranges. I complained several times and no one did anything.

They just don't care. If you are a monkey and like rotten orange juice, that is the place to go.

AI Highlights
  • Fresh orange juice is valued, but rotten oranges have appeared in batches over twelve times in two locations; the manager will replace on return.
Updated by user Mar 01, 2025

I went back the following week and we were forced to drink rotten orange juice again. They either don't care or are incompetent. I don't know which, but they haven't changed anything.

Original review Feb 11, 2025
Dear all,

My colleagues and I at our company really appreciate the fresh orange juice that is squeezed by the machine and bottled. Many times we visit solely for this juice. However, on more than twelve occasions, we have found a rotten orange in the juice. When it comes to orange juice, just one rotten fruit can render the whole batch undrinkable.

We have already spoken to the manager and he assured us that if it happens again, all we need to do is return the juice and it will be replaced. However, wouldn't it be more sensible if the person preparing the juice checked the oranges to ensure none were rotten before adding them to the batch? Should we really have to take it home to find out? Wouldn't it be more prudent for the staff to be more attentive and competent? This situation does not align with your company’s ethos of providing fresh, quality juice.

We raise these concerns not to complain, but simply to express our desire not to have to drink rotten orange juice.

It is quite common here in the US for us to voice such concerns through various channels, only for no action to be taken. We implore you to intervene this time, considering this has happened twelve times now.

This issue has occurred in two locations:

Coral Springs (4633 N University Dr, Coral Springs, FL 33067)

Boca Raton (20409 FL-7, Boca Raton, FL 33498)
Loss:
$120

Preferred solution: Just make the same juice without the rotten orange.
