I used services from FreshFlowers.com.au
It was first time i used online flower order service and i paid for an order that should be delivered in April (something over 200 euros). They delivered it today.
Not only they ruined surprise but also the person who it was delivered to will not be at home for a whole week.
So basically i paid 200 euros for dead flowers and melted chocolate left at the doorstep, because their incompetent service crew can't check on date properly. I am not from Australia but i can advice you not to use at least orders from this website.
