Items left in lobby instead of delivered to apartment.

Some items not in 100% condition. Odd because Ive been using FD for years and this has just started happening. Looking into other grocery delivery services.

I've been ordered with Fresh Direct; I am satisfied in their services and products so far. I couldn't keep the products can't keep in longer because the most of their products are fresh and organics. However, the qualities are good, and the price is reasonable to me. Moreover, their prepared meals are little bit expensive, but the taste is good. Thank you.

Where do you start

I worked here filling the lines as an operative, I asked to be moved onto another role that was ignored. And you have a major staffing crisis I should of listened to the 1000s of people on Facebook saying don't waste your time.

I injured myself at work and I left I was informed I will not be paid as I did not sign my contract??? So with my missed direct debits including my union fees what do I tell them as I am not paying them? Do I tell them about working without signing legal documents? Will I be paid today or will I have to recover via a small claims court?

X6 direct debits £12-£15 per missed direct debit plus my time I had to take out of work today.

And food that went off because I couldn't top up the electricity £136 food shop wasted. Gmb is my union I have an early conciliation number from acas for you.

Cause i havent got paid for my 12hour shift for 2/15/2022 i was suppose to get paid for that day that was my last day there! The company failed to pay me for my shift.

6-8am delivery 8:50 am customer service contacted Informed order delivered. No order received at address Agent replaced order with a $20.00 credit for the next day Delivery arrived at 9:35 am. Driver indicated that the order had not been left/retrieved from another location and that this was his first time arriving at scheduled address Food was very cold, so accepted, driver was provided a tip Canceled replacement order.

Fresh Direct was immediately responsive to our missing groceries (one bag didn't arrive) and sent replacements the same day. It was the first time it happened as we have been ordering for months. Very pleased with customer service experience.

UPDATE-i guess they hired more people or whatever but the situation seems to have gotten much better over the past few weeks. I was also advised on You Tube the best times to check for an open spot so that may have helped also.

I am painfully aware of the world situation-however-their delivery situation now is bull. I have been a customer since they began delivery in my area and i understand that deliveries right now are difficult. They have a thing called Delivery Pass. There are different tiers and i have had the six month midweek free delivery(well it is not really free you do pay but i usually have delivery once a week so it is worth it) anyway since i cannot get a delivery i want my money back for the pass. I have contacted them through every means possible and nothing. You cannot call them as they are making sure the wait time is so long that you get disconnected-they do not answer contact from their website nor Facebook. It is nice to know that by being a loyal customer for over five years when push comes to shove they treat you like (fill in blank) and you are nothing more than, well, nothing. I am not a happy customer.
