I HAVE ORDERED BOX OF CHOCODILES FROM CHOCODILES123 AND THE COST WAS $28.45... THEY SHIPPED THE ORDER AND IT WAS SENT BACK ACCIDENTLY...I HAVE BEEN SINCE THAT TIME TRYING TO GET THE ORDER SENT BACK BUT WAS UNSUCCESSFUL....I AM NOW TO DATE 8/28/2012 TRYING TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED....I AM AWARE THEY HAVE RECIEVED THE ORDER BACK AND THEY JUST LEFT IT ALONE AND KEPT MY MONEY....THERE IS NO NUMBER TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THIS COMPANY...ALL I CAN DO IS EMAIL THEM AND I HAVE YET TO GET A RESPONCE...I WORK VERY HARD FOR MY MONEY AND I DONT APPRECIATE THE INCONSIDERATION FROM THIS COMPANY....ONCE THE ITEM WAS RECIEVED BACK THEY SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME IMMEDIATELY THEN OFFERED ME A FULL REFUND....INSTEAD I JUST GAVE THEM MY MONEY FOR NO REASON........THEY ROBBED ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did actually have a successful transaction with the company, once. It took weeks for them to fill it, and the Chocodiles were about a day away from expiration, but they managed to get it to me. The second order never arrived at all.

The problem isn't simply that they forget about orders. I have my conversation thread where the guy says that one of the things I ordered wasn't available, and he offers a substitution. I agreed to that substitution. And then it was never shipped.

The product that he said wasn't available just doesn't exist. It hasn't existed for awhile.

That was a particular flavor of fruit pie. I've heard similar complaints about his efforts to sell the raspberry filled donuts, which also are no longer made.

I reminded him of my order every couple weeks for a few months. Then after that, he started spamming me ads for Fresh Chocodiles. I angrily replied to the first one, including our correspondence.

I'm still on his mailing list.

I used FreshChocodiles at least twice, and both times I was satisfied. For 25 dollars, I received 2 boxes of Chocodiles.

These were a favorite among my friends. Unfortunately 1 box at one time was stolen by a dishonest roommate, who took them one by one, foolishly hiding the wrappers underneath the couch cushions until I found them.

I tried complaining to her family, but they only laughed at me, not understanding that these were not just simply chocolate-covered Twinkies. They were from Ireland and didn't understand the cultural significance of Chocodiles, especially to people on the east coast who can no longer buy them in the store any longer.

I placed an order from them online, very excited about receiving their product, and after 3 weeks went by, I had not received anything. I followed up via the contact us on their website as well as replying to the e-mail address I had received the confirmation form and had no response.

I then followed up yet again threatening to dispute the order through my credit card company, assuming they would respond to this, and still had no response whatsoever. I disputed it through my credit card company who thankfully refunded my money with minimal effort because I had carefully documented all of my unanswered contact with FreshChocodiles. After this experience, I continue to receive countless e-mail solicitations from them to which I repeatedly request they remove me from their list. I recently did a little internet recon and found the name and home address of the owner.

I replied to their most recent unwanted e-mail solicitation dropping in some of the information I had found about the owner and lo and behold I get a response within minutes of sending my e-mail.

They are truly nothing but a scam. Don't expect to receive a response from them unless you are placing a new order or happen to know the identity of the owner.

I bought 2 boxes of chocodiles. They arrived 3 days past their "best if used by" date.

I contacted the owner. I was told he would look in to the complaint. I waited a week. Another e-mail to him.

He asked for a scanned wrapper showing the date. I scanned a wrapper to prove they were old. Waited a week, another e-mail. I was promised at least 3 times, that replacements were shipped.

He was lying every time.

He was just stringing me along, figuring I'd get fed up and stopped e-mailing him. What an total liar and ***.

I ordered From Fresh Chocodiles and they had no trouble charging my credit card, but never answered the 4 emails I sent them as to where is my order?

They offer a complete line of Hostess products, and you can buy in bulk. My order was to arrive well before Easter, because we had a project planned to use the Hosstess Snowballs to make Easter Bunny cupcakes for children. The SnowBalls are not sold in my area.

They claim to use FEDEX so your order will be fresh and timely, yeah right.

I have reported them to the Federal Trade commission and Consumer Fraud, Google checkout system, and hope to get these people closed and my money back.

luckily I got most of my $ but they charged a restocking fee of 20% backed by gfoogle checkout not sure who ended up w/ the $ just wanted them for my daughters birthday I think they were not gonna ship at all they offered a discount on another order they must think i am as stupid as i look filed a complaint wit ic3 maybe they will investigate with all the tax dollars they get 1 1 1 1 1 1 * * * * 1 1 1 1 1 1 * * * * 1 1 1 1 1 1

My girlfriend purchased 4 boxes of Chocodiles from Fresh Chocodiles back in Mid August. Shipping was almost double what it really costs but that is not the problem. The problem is that the Chocodiles that arrived were Expired and STALE! I know sometimes you can eat something after the expiration date but I tried them and they were certainly stale. And to be honest is it really fresh if it is expired?

So anyway my girlfriend emailed them the day she received them and was told she would receive a refund. That was the last we heard of the company. We have sent several emails since and they just ignore us. We filed a Paypal claim against them and they replied via Paypal that they shipped the product and provided tracking information. They also stated they do not guarantee freshness!

Paypal favored on their side because they state the product was delivered.

This company is a complete rip-off.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM FRESCHOCODILES.COM! Last month I purchased 3 boxes of chocodiles for my boyfriend's birthday and when I received the boxes one of the boxes was already EXPIRED and the other two were only good for 2 more days! Who is gonna eat 2 full boxes of chocodiles in one day???? I quickly emailed the company requesting for either a full refund or replacement of my order- 2 days later I received a response explaining that a refund will be done for the one expired box. I then emailed freshchocodiles back asking for a full refund as I was unable to give these 3 boxes to my boyfriend as they were NOT FRESH.

Well, it has been over 3 weeks and SEVERAL emails requesting for an update of my refund or new order but I have received NO REFUND AND ALL MY EMAILS HAVE BEEN IGNORED! This has been a horrible experience for me, I do not recommned Freshchocodiles to anyone looking to purchase chocodiles as they DO NOT offer fresh chocodiles and they DO NOT answer to customer's complaints or issues.

After doing some research on line I have seen that there are hundreds of similar stories like mine. Trust me, save your money and do not purchase anything from this rip off company!

I placed an order and paid on 7 Mar 10. Luckily I paid through Paypal.

After two weeks where I received NOTHING, no order, no email, nothing, I sent an email to the address on the website and I waited...and waited. No response. Then, I called the telephone number on the Paypal receipt (650-648-****), only to recieve a recording telling me to use the email address. Hmmmmm.

Finally, after weeks of nothing, I opened a dispute through Paypal and waited for a response from the 'company'. Again, no response. Finally, after 4 days of silence, I raised the dispute to a claim. It has been 6 days and they haven't even bothered to respond to that.

Luckily, on 5 Apr 10 I will get my money returned to me because I have no doubt they will not respond to the dispute either.

I have never seen anything like this. No way that this can be a real company. Anyone who posts anything good about them must actually BE them trying to drum up more customers that they can rob.

Save yourself a lot of trouble and pass this up. Do not order from them.

I filed a dispute with paypal and that is "pending".

I have sent numerous emails and no follow up until I threatened reporting to the FBI internet crimes tip line- www.ic3.gov. Then they admitted they did NOT ship the items and I would be refunded within 24 hours. It literally takes a minute to refund under paypal.

I found them all over another consumer site- ripoffreport.com and more people complaining about the same things!

They steal money and screw around and you get absoultely nothing. Avoid these people. They scam!
