Staff at Haverfordwest West Wales need to be properly trained. aff whatsoever, compared to Morriston, Swansea and Glangwelli ( which ARE BRILLIANT) in WestWales, Carmarthen.
Having been at Morriston, Swansea as an emergency patient, I was transferred to Glangweli, West Wales General Dialysis Unit, Carmarthen. For the past six months, (July to December 2015,) this Unit has been first class.
Not only from the Manager Delyth, but their receptionist Debbie. The staff has a fabulous rapport with patients and their relatives. I will always be eternally grateful. However, on Tuesday 2 December 2015 I was transferred to the new unit in Haverfordwest, West Wales.
I can honestly say that the staff are unfriendly, unwelcoming, untrained and are very inadequate. I trust that my e mail will be read and that the Staff will be trained in the manner as described by fresenius. The staff at the Heath Cardiff ( who did agency) and also Carmarthen staffnare well trained.
Unfortunately, Withyush Unit are not. Legal proceedings are going ahead.
