TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - NEVER ADMIT THEY MADE MISTAKES

At a time when we work harder for our money, customer service is held to the highest regard. As far as GotPrint goes, this is the worst customer service that I have ever experienced, by any company ever. GotPrint.net is okay providing they don't make a mistake. If they do, they have very little interest in making things right. I've placed multiple orders with them. On my last one, the order was shipped to another company in another state. CLEARLY THEIR MISTAKE!! Over the course of DAYS I called GotPrint and got to find out where my order was and got nothing but arguments from their customer service department. One guy even told me that they were trying to deliver to me and my office was closed when in fact, my order is sitting in Texas somewhere. Even after being escalated to a supervisor, they argue and waste your time and have no interest in resolving a problem they created. I don't know if they are just ***, under paid, have no problem solving abilities OR if they just don't care. But if you save money on something that you never get, this is NOT a good deal. They have terrible customer service, but if you never have to deal with them, thank your lucky stars!!!
