Package looks like it has been open. Cap on bottle was not screwed down all the way and I cant get it to screw down all the way. There was no cellophane wrapping on package or bottle when I received it in the mail.

Would give them a zero but that wasn't an option provided. Customer service is a joke. Pretty sure they are running a scam.

Frenchpharmacy.com scammed me by selling counterfeit goods. My order arrived very late and the products were all knock-off products, not the real thing.

Jerome Salem in particular the owner had the audacity to argue over email. This company is a scam and sells fake products.

I ordered several hundred dollars' worth of product from this website. They shipped counterfeit products to me that are practically useless.

I emailed their customer service department and someone named Jerome Salem, who claimed he is the owner of the company, was very defensive, rude, and did not take any actions to resolve the issue. He insisted that he is selling genuine products. I do not know who he is trying to deceive.

I have used the products ordered for a few years and I am not someone who can easily be cheated. This is a warning to the public about this fraudulent company led by a fraudster named Jerome Salem.

Do not buy here under any circumstances. They don't send what you ordered and ignore repeated written communications whether via email or through their contact form or via email (ironically, their email address is customerlove@***.com) - they have disconnected the phone number shown here on pissedconsumer.com - and the fact that they appear on website "pissedconsumer.com" should tell you something.

Am now in a position where I have to contact my bank to sort this out. Disreputable company - do not buy here under any circumstances.

I have had no interaction with anyone. I am still waiting for my refund.
