I have had so many problems with this website but for me the thing that really angered me was being put on hold for over 45 minutes. I had a problem with a quiz that was due and when I called customer service I legit waited for 48 minutes.
I called them at 9:30! Who has that many people calling at 9:30 at night. If I had not eventually hung up I would probably have been on hold for over an hour. That is UNACCEPTABLE!
I expect that from a credit card company not a website for students! This is not my only problem with Cengage (and MindTap specifically) but it has for sure angered me the most.
Cengage's customer service needs to be reevaluated.

Why are all the fries no more then 1 to 2 inches long? Also the potatos are gray and look like the Potatos where bad before they where sliced??
I have stop purchasing them.

Tufts Health Plan - Refusal to pay for preventative care

Last January, I had my yearly physical with the usual bloodwork. Quest sent me a bill for the bloodwork so I called Tufts to see why this wasn’t covered under preventative.
The answers I have gotten so far range from “it needs to be recoded to reflect that it was a yearly exam” to “you need to pay a deductible for all lab work”. My doctor’s has resubmitted the claim but I keep getting a bill from Quest for the preventative bloodwork and they now say they will send it to collections. I have never had to pay for lab work for my yearly physical. Why now?
I am definitely changing healthcare insurance when I can.
I was improperly billed in 2017 and it took Tufts a year to figure it out and reimburse me! They are impossible to deal with!

I purchased a dress on May 19, and it arrived 15 days later on June 3 when I was out of town. I tried on the dress immediately upon returning to town and it was 2 sizes too small.
It was NOT a custom order size. I attempted to return the dress and was told they only accept returns for 7 days, and I asked for a return on day 8.
Their website says easy returns, when, in fact, they offer no returns. The website is designed to make you think it is a US company, when in fact it is a Chinese company.

I purchased a new bag of Ore Ida Crinkle Cut french fries. When I open the bag to use some of them it looked liked all of the fries were polka dotted.
I no on fresh potato there are sometimes bad spots and I cut them out but I never dreamed that they would be used for my Ore Ida Crinkle Cut fries. Did not look good at all when I opened the bag.

We were sold a sampler package and were told that we could use it to purchase things at stores like Best Buy if we could not use the points at there resorts. When we went to ask about this, customer service said they would get back with us.
Now they won’t answer repeated emails for months and if we can call someone- always someone new- they claim ignorance or that they would look into it. All I know is $4k is gone, we feel deceived and no way to recoup one cent.
Time to get a lawyer involved.

I bought a little cheeseburger and a small fry for $12 with tax in CT. I took it to go and when I opened the bag I found about 5 fries in the small cup and about the same in the bottom of the bag.
$4 for a handful of fries.
You have go to be kidding! They won't get another dime of my money.
