place in Poconos PA went on Sunday 3pm for late lunch place had a little line waiting there 15 minutes see the resturant is 20 % full but had people with 5 to 6 people so figured there waiting for bigger table30 minute later no one telling us. what's. going on my wife and I are a party of 2 a family of 3 was before us waited45min.after no one said a word to us saw staff standing around 5 of them near kitchen door doing noting ask what going on said they where back up in kitchen ,ask how long said dont know we left other family stayed they had long ride ahead didn't want to go look for another place,felt invisible look like they didn't care what a joke.

Friendly's Restaurant Verbally Abuse employees

I have gone to the same Frindly's in Worcester MA for breakfast for many years. I see the same waitresses and cook and they know exactly what I order and make it very nice. The cook is older and he has been extremely nice to us and has even paid for our breakfast when we have had occasions. This company constantly changes management and the "new" idiotic staff have pushed my wonderful cook out by treating him exctually mean - I hear a manager tell him - No one wnats you here, why don't you leave - right out loud in front of everybody. I will never return and I rcommend boycotting this TERRIBLE company

What does the word "exctually" mean? The same what does "wnats" mean?

Did it ever occur to you that maybe they were joking around? That does happen. You also left the "e" out of recommend. Maybe other people don't think the company is as bad as you do.

Also did it ever occur to you that the OLDER cook that you liked, might have retired or became ill? Just because you liked the cook, doesn't mean that he wasn't messing, maybe he shouldn't have been giving you free food.

Your comment is rude and ignorant. Don't you know by now that when you correct people's grammer and spelling, you just come off as fussy and snobby?

It only weakens your point because it has nothing to do with the topic. Furthermore, if you're also going to accuse people of assuming too much..then don't do it yourself. This person was a regular customer and knew the cook..not you.

Therefore your opinion just isn't as credible. My opinion is that they're right, you get a kick out of confrontation and being aggravating, which wipes out whatever credibility you had left
