Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Freightcom had contacted me in 2024 to introduce me to their cost-effective shipping service.
I had issues, and the support person, who dedicated his service, was unavailable to answer question and help with issues.
I stopped using the service until the end of 2024.
I was contacted by the same sales person and he apologized for the pathetic service I had prior.
I agreed to renew the service and continue with their shipping.
The sales person contacted me and said he had even better shipping prices and I would have to upgrade the software.
We set a day and time for him to contact me.
He never made the contact.
I placed a shipping order on Monday, February 17th, 2025, and it has not been picked up, nor have I been contacted as to why it sits abandoned.
I tried to contact them on Tuesday, February 18, and Wednesday, February 19th, but the phone lines were busy, I waited for over 40 minutes, left my contact information and still have not had a reply.
I called them on February 19th at 2:30 PST, and the office is closed.
This is insane. How can they expect to run a business if they live off on EST, and have no service available.
