We purchased an Igloo Freezer Model FRF434 A while ago from Walmart. We only use it in the summer months at our summer home so when we shut down we cleaned it out and it was unplugged for the winter. It has not worked since.
WE have tried resetting it according to start up directions. It comes on like everything is working but it never gets cold.

I cant even ask a question I desperately need to service or repair. Will not ever use this company again.

We only had our Igloo freezer 18 months and it stopped. I contacted Igloo and they said too bad. Will never buy another product with that name on it.

I received a household freezer as a GIFT from a relative. It lasted a LITTLE over a year and stopped working. I called customer care and they told me they could do nothing without having the date the product was purchased. I had the month and the year, but without the day their 'system' cannot do anything. I lost at least $200 worth of food because of this issue, and they're telling me because I'm missing the DAY it was purchased they can't do anything? Total bull *** I will be making sure to avoid this company and tell others to avoid it to.

Two weeks ago I was told my icemaker needed a new filter, two were ordered. One was installed with no improvement. Waiting again for Sears technician to come after waiting for several days after he came and said what was needed. Finally they came and he returned....

MY DEEP FREEZER WENT OUT, CONTACT THE COMPANY, THEY TO SEND THE INFO BY EMAIL I DID, THEN THEY SENT ME AN EMAILED ASKING TO SEND BY MAIL, EMAIL NEVER STATED TO GET A TRACKING NUMBER. THEY LOST MY INFO AND DON'T WANT TO REPLACE OR REFUND THIS IS BAD BUSINESS ON THIER BE HAVE. I ALSO CONTACT THE BBB AND THEY WAS GIVEN THE RUN AROUND
