I bought the freeze pipe. I love it, but it tipped over one day and just landed on its side.
It didn't fall off of nothing, and the stem to the first bubbler broke. I need another end piece.
Preferred solution: I would just like the end piece of my bubbler exchanged. And I'd like to exchange broken piece

I ordered a pipe from freeze pipe and when I received my package in the mail all it had in it was a gray block no pipe I'll call them email them over and over and they haven't even bothered to call me back so basically I paid for something that I'd have not received they're ripping me off
