this is just like a scam to me. they have a plan that says it offers ai in it-DOESN'T!
i purchased only to find out IT DID NOT. the refund SUBSTRACTS from a admin fee from your refund and a restock fee? wut the fu%^& is that? what is even left?
false advertisement...i purchased the plan BECUZ of the feature it stated was within the startup only to see IT WASN'T the case. there is no auto reply that your message is received. NOTHING on site THAT EVEN TELLS YOU HOW TO RECEIVE or request a refund except for within your actual business to your customer. what do you even get bacc from the refund?
i did monthly THANK YOU GOD! i would have been even more pissed off.
