They are only able to talk you through a retune. Nothing else.

Not much good if you're blind! Problem has become more complex now. It happens every day.

No-one is willing to help and a re-tune is useless. A company should be able and capable of more than just talk you through a re-tune.

I was put onto them by another company to check if they could help. I'm deafblind and the only thing they could have done is talk me through a retune, which would have made things worse.

Preferred solution: Resolution to my “no signal” on the tv. Retune is not resolving it.

User's recommendation: Don’t bother. Ask a friend to retune your tv or top box.

I contacted Freeview but they only told me they could help customers in UK but I solved the problem anyway

Poor service with Freeview for 3 weeks

Yet again, lost signal, programmes and poor picture quality. This has been going on for 3 weeks almost now.

No notification of disruptions or any prior warnings given at all.

We are completely fed up and unimpressed with Freeview. It"s becoming a rubbish service.
