This have happened to me twice now, the first time the freestyle sensor quit working and kept saying error. This time it stopped working completely and had to replace it with another one.
I guess its like everything elses, the devices is not made prefect. Also the sensor want stay connected to the wi-if. Thats funny I Attempted to take a picture your system wast let me. Thx you any how. J G E

Will not stand behind their meter
My Insulinx meter quit but the company will not replace it with a similar meter including the data cable. A data cable came with my Insulinx. But they want me to pay something like $65 for a new cable - just the cable! Hopefully free new meter, although that did not work when I went to Walgreens last week. I stood around for 15 minutes waiting for them to try different codes.
