Issues with nobody collecting
- - Customer tried to return a rug for a month, contacting Freemans 9 times.
- - Refund refused as item not received; pickup not completed despite dates.
I have tried to return a rug for a month I have now made contact 9 times , nobody has been to collect when they have given me a date to collect. I have been treated by freemans customer service terrible, I have even spoken to a manager which was no help what so ever.
They have refused a refund to my account as they have not received the item. I have tried lots and lots of time to get this back to you but nobody collects the item.
I dont know what to do , its has caused me a lot of stress and anxiety. Please help with this situation.
