We left our crates since yesterday ready for transport. Our drive has been there since 8 am and the Freeman personnel refuses to charge the truck...
I tried to spoke with someone in place and the person was very rude with me and with our driver. Our company paid more than 8 000 US for handling material and the service has been awful.
