Promised a device we never received
This company promised us a keyless remote and we never received it. The employee's took no interest in our concerns and had no intention of fixing the problem and led us on for a month. We called every day for weeks and no change had been made, they would say to call back the next day. When we filed a complaint againist the company a representative called us and was extremely rude. He threatened to sue us for all that we were worth. He retorted that he didn't want customers like us to be coming to his business or referring friends. They were just using scare tactics. This company was unethical and unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone!
