I closed my company, therefore closed my account with Freelogoservices. They were fast to proceed with my request. However, the problem is that they are still charging me and they do not respond anymore to my emails.
Preferred solution: Refund the amounts charged after closing my account. 52,50$. And stop charging me furthermore.

My business email is suspended and I can not reach any one to resolve the issue.
I am available by phone 24/7 @ 1-53*-***-**** ,as i can not sign into my Gmail account. I have tried to go into google admin and add storage but the options are labeled NOT AVAILABLE.
This is crippling my company and no one to speak to about it

I've ordered from them before and never had a problem. In the last order, I still haven't received my polo shirt. So I don't know what to think of this site anymore.

My original order was wrong I contacted someone by email sent them all the information they agreed that the order was wrong and agreed to redo the order I received the redo and the redo is still wrong I need my business cards that I purchased corrected ASAP thank you

Jai commandé au mois de septembre et jai reçu la casquette et pas le polo. A chaque fois on me dit quil faut attendre 14 jours etc etc.
Alors jaimerais bien savoir ou en est ma cde svp.

Orders were wrong
We place four separate orders for shirts for the guys that work for us. Each guy would have had his name on the front of the shirt.
All the shirts came with the same name on the front. He is a part-time. We have made several attempts through emails to get this issue resolved. We have been completely ignored.
I feel as though this company is a scam. They're quick to get your money. And slow to fix a problem that they cause. do not order shirts from this company.
We now have 18 shirts that are useless.
We are out several hundred dollars. Customer service is lousy!

Missing item was never received
I already email them several times. Supposely they place reorder for the item.
Then i got a email on Sept 7 to inform me that i would get a refund in 1-2 business day. It been more than 2 days and no refund.
Did not receive item
Still waiting to see if i will get my refund or the items. They response telling me that the request for refund is waiting approval.
I did not get the items i ordr and now i might not get the money back.
I had never had any issues with them until now. i am very disappointed.

I order shirts with my business logo on July 27th. I ask about my status on August 17th since i had not received anything yet.
They place an reorder due that my package was lost supposedly to them.
I was suppose to get the items in Sept 5th well guess what its Sept 6th and nothing. Waiting for them to respond back.
