They messaged me to email them my info so we could get into contact and no further information was processed on there end.

Yes, we ordered a kings cake, but never received it. We ordered it in a month in advance for March 4th for Mardi Gra which happened to be my birthday this year and if course they lost our order and decided to let us find out at 5pm at night.

Horrible customer service.
