I already paid them $5 to downgrade to a free service and now they charged me 2798 twice which is 5596 total and I can't contact anybody because they don't work and they don't answer phones and I email them and get no response and I Facebook them and got no response

Not even suitable for a 10 year old. I'd rather pay Metropcs an extra $10/month for a smarter phone and unlimited everything especially data which my kid uses when not on wifi. I bought the phone from groupon for $40 bucks... my bad for being a single income household and on a budget. Quality shouldn't suffer. I definitely do not recommend!

Worst customer service eaver after being charged 27.98 when I was on the free plan wrote a note to them after 4 days no response ended up contacting my credit card company had charge removed after that they stopped my service so now I had a phone with no service I was able to use it with ring plus a much better company

The call quality has gotten better over time, but there are times when it won't work at all and was basically forced to upgrade to their premium calling to get any type of reception. FreedomPop's website is a disaster. FreedomPop support - oh they'll get back to you via email within a couple of days. No Phone Support. Some support techs are ok - others dismal.
