I ordered the hotspot, they charged me 19.99 for activation, and never activated it. Have had it for 3 days, still not activated. Chatted with them on Facebook and nothing but empty promises. They had no issue taking my money, but cant figure out how to activate it, when it was supposed to arrive activated.
