Poor Customer Service

I was looking for someone to repair my new couch and was referred to Freedom Upholstery. I called early in the morning and left a message. When they finally returned my call, I told the guy about my repair. He discouraged me from really fixing it and that he would just patch it up because it would just be easier. I told him the cushions to my couch were sewn in and he said he preferred doing the patch work because, "HE didn't really like doing the work of having to take the couch apart to fix something". He also told me that he can fix it that nobody would really notice and as long as I don't mess with the tear that only I would know it was there. Then he said, if the patch work doesn't really work and it started showing then we can try something else, but he can MAYBE work on it so it wouldn't. Then, we got disconnected, I tried calling him back and left a message, but NEVER got a return call. I sent pictures of my couch and never got a reply. What great service you offer!!! I talked to another company who strongly advised against patchwork because it would cost me more money in the end if the stain were to bleed through.
