Paid for phone, did not receive phone, no reply from customer service (alex from Freedom Phone)

July 19: Ordered the Freedom Phone. July 20: Charge posted to credit card. October 17, 18, 19: Emailed back and forth with Freedom Phone (alex from freedom phone). Because of non response from Freedom Phone, I had a sense order was not entered. Turns out that was correct. Oct 22 and 28: Freedom Phone requested me to show them the charge to my credit card which I complied. Now, Freedom Phone requests me to do a "charge back". A chargeback's purpose is for instances of fraud. No replies to my emails. Nada. I suspect fraud and lodged complaint with State Attorney General

Freedom Phone has partnered with Clear Companies (https://www.clear.co.com/clearcellular). I have contacted them as well to try to solve this very simple request but have no response as yet

I have sent several emails and online chat messages to cancel order number ######514. I have been completely ignored. I have filed and will continue to file complaints on various sites about this. I will file a complaint with the BBB against the Clear Companies, which seem to be the parent organization. You have my money and am ignoring my request.
