I dont like that I couldnt order my phone unless I was in FFL.Otder would not go through, items w were sold out. Also I dont like your order form on the website at all.

Its a real pain in the neck. Why dont you have a list of all the FFL you ship to?

Out of approximately 1/2 case of 9MM ammo lot # 221027****05-47/20 I have had about a dozen rounds that would not fire even with a good strike from the firing pin. Has the quality of Freedom Munitions ammo declined and is this and occurrence I can expect to encounter in the future? Please advise so I can adjust my buying habits if necessary.

I've returned the ammo per their request and they have received it, but no indication of when I will receive my refund.

3 week is a bit long for an order, I orderd 9 days ago still not fulfilled then another 5 days shipping. I like the co. And product but the waiting, not a great business model.

I have contacted this company by email and by telephone and on their Website. I was supposed to be issued a Credit Card refund for $225.00 for a order and product is I never received. They said three business days and when after three business days I contacted them again that I have no credit in my bank account or pending from this computer, so I was told to give it a few more days and I still have not received my order or refund to my credit card!

I want my money back and I will find another vendor to purchase from.

I will go to my bank and contest the charges as FRAUDULENT Theft.
