- I now have 2 pairs I don't need.
- I couldn't stop the first order and I have had no response.
I received a duplicate order. The reason this happened is that I never received a confirmation, so I ordered again, and then I got confirmation.
I immediately tried to stop the first order but could not reach anyone to figure out how to do that. I now have 2 pairs; this is a gift, and I don't need 2 pairs.
This whole process has been very difficult and disappointing. I have emailed and tried to call to no avail, and I have not received any contact back.
Preferred solution: Full refund

I have contacted the company five times by email. Their response is an automated reply with fictitious case numbers followed by “we will get back to you when our team has reviewed your case” .
Everything points to the fact that the case number is meaningless and there is NO customer service team. There seems to be a Canadian customer phone number.
I called this number only to get a repeated busy signal with no recording or recognition. Another Fake attempt at customer service.
No communication what so ever from Freedomoses customer service.There isn’t any customer support.
Sent them five emails about their sandals I only wore at home that after 6 months came apart in two halves on the right foot.. No response on emails except for fabricated case numbers .
I tried calling the number you supplied for Canadian customer service, what I got is an always a busy signal, probably off the hook permanently. I also sent t them a photo of the right foot sandal that came apart in half that I will forward to you supported by a scathing review of Freedomoses Products and Customer Service.

All email inquires are handled by the same person, Eve Salomon, and you're lucky to get a response.
I've asked repeatedly for the email to a manager to bypass the unhelpful person responding to email. But she just responds How may I help you.

I have texted emailed and called nothing!!! I have sent proof of purchase, shipped Feb 3, called number on website and its in French and is in Canada, they have charged my credit card. Post office said they are still waiting for my shoes???
