They cancel my insurance for non-payment after autodrafting out of my account

AI Highlights
  • - Auto-draft payments were withdrawn twice, then I got overdue notices.
  • - I was told 3 times auto-pay was set up, but insurance lapsed for six weeks.

I was set up for monthly auto draft payments to Freedom Life Insurance, a member company of US Health. Twice now, they withdraw the money out of my bank account, then I get letters that I'm overdue.

I called them THREE times to make sure I was still set up for auto-pay, and all three times they said that, yes, I was set up and everything looked fine. I went today to get a prescription filled and the pharmacist said that my health insurance had been lapsed a whole six weeks ago!!

User's recommendation: Avoid Freedom Life!
