The correspondence with Freedom Kitchens QLD is the worst customer service we have ever had. It's a long-winded story that is still going on, it is very upsetting.
I would never suggest Freedom Kitchens QLD to anyone.
The customer has to pay up front and the service given after, when I say after!!! Our kitchen isn't finished!!!
It is a complete disregard for the customer. We have paid a lot of money to be disregarded.

Shocking service
- - We were told 8 weeks after final drawings; installation start date 25/10.
- - 15-week delay; deposit paid; no help from staff.
From the moment we enquired until sign up every single person including the sales rep assured us that once final drawings were accepted, the delivery/installation would take 8 weeks.
We did everything we were required to do on our end as fast as we could, paid up our deposit to begin works, now installation has for some reason has blown out to a 15 week wait for our kitchen - and our wardrobes. Considering that this process started back in early May - with BIR's advised for installation on 25/10.
Steer clear of Freedom - I have gone too far to change my mind.
I chose a bigger company for better service than a small operator - I am so angry and feel I have nowhere to complain to because there is only a customer service line on their website and I am so sick of complaining - as the staff don't really care about it and have done nothing to assist. I don't have anyone to complain to.
If I wasn't in my dire need to have these done asap I would be happy to wait but am living in such conditions that is causing me anxiety and depression.
