The two employers that were on shift today need to work on their people skills I denied my business with them because of what I saw and heard them tell a delivery guy was not appropriate and something needs to be done about it.. I give all respect to the delivery man who handled the situation positive and for him to know their time is coming if a change doesnt

Beware of Mount Vernon Dream Homes/Freedom Homes
- - Freedom Homes delivered and installed.
- - Leak behind a wall; manufacturer bankrupt; they won't help; mold up to shoulder height; blamed us; $50,000 lost.
DO NOT buy a home from Freedom Homes (Mount Vernon Dream Homes)!!! We purchased a home there.
They delivered and installed the home. When there was a leak BEHIND A WALL, we were informed that the manufacturer was bankrupt and Mount Vernon Dream Homes was NOT going to help us. We have mold shoulder high in the walls and were told it was our fault. We got screwed out of $50,000.
Awesome....DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. The supposedly came out to "fix" the leak, however, it was never fixed and we were then told it was our fault....like I made the shower.

I would simply like to mention for all users out there that this is a company based in North Carolina not to be confused and in No Way Related To Freedom Homes in Florida.
I am terribly sorry that people had such a bad experience, and I am mad to see that a company in N.C. is working against a reknowned, reliable & efficient company I love in Florida by having such bad work ethics.
Florida Freedom Homes is the best, no questions there! They have a real estate specialist & broker, David Bachman, who is simply the best and has been around for about 30 years. He sells houses in Florida to buyers everywhere, even all the way in Canada. In this world we live in, you always have to be on your guards, but they make it easier for your house ownership dreams to come true quickly and safely!

We bought from them 2 years ago. Even after our warranty was up, they have continued to come out anytime we have called.

I know bout them,,they painted over mold to hide it from us made me and some family members sick, not one thing was done about it or could be,, lawyers sold us out. I didn't no at first who owned Clayton homes, freedom, homes,,there all owned by Warren buffet,, wow
Is Freedom Homes the same as Freedom Steel????
FREEDOM STEEL of Del Ray Florida, and operating websites claiming offices in every state from Illinois to Ohio to Oregon and Canada, is a COMPANY TO AVOID at all costs!!! They are in Chapter 11 BANKRUPTCY!! You have no protection if you send them any money, and in my case, they didn't ever deliver what was promised on time or accurately. If you complain, they will threaten to sue you. The reviewer who wrote about blueprint errors and incomplete delivery of parts is absolutely correct!! That's what happened to me. If you don't get your building on time as promised, and want a refund, they will REFUSE and keep almost all of your money. PLEASE GO TO A MORE REPUTABLE STEEL COMPANY!!! Save yourself the heartache and financial losses I have experienced.
BY THE WAY, Their testimonials are BOGUS as far as I'm concerned. Or, maybe to avoid getting in hot water with the Florida COURT and bankruptcy TRUSTEE, they've opened up multiple other steel companies with different names, all the better to hide from their debts. What do you think!????
It's funny how IDENTICAL testimonials, word for word, with the same supposed customer posted on the Freedom Steel website are also posted on at least two other steel building companies websites including Safeway Steel and Powerbilt Steel. (Saved the screenshots too, in case the companies take them off). DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.
