Misrepresentation by Freedom Fidelity Management

AI Highlights
  • - Rep claims Freedom Fidelity works with Chase Bank USA.
  • - I signed the contract believing it.
  • - Freedom Fidelity took $600; Chase says no dealings.

When seeking Freedom Fidelity Management's services the representative stated on the phone that they directly deal with Chase Bank USA with debt settlement. In fact he assured me of such.

I signed the contract assuming that this was a truthful statement.

Chase began to call my home relentlessly. Freedom Fidelity stated that we should give them the speech that they are in negotiation with them, but Chase said that they have no dealings at all with them. I requested a full refund, but Freedom took over $600 and made my bill so past due that now Chase is suing me.

This suit will put me and my family in a really bad financial situation. Chase no longer wants to negotiate reasonable payments because of my dealing with Freedom Fidelity.

I became involved with Freedom *** jan of 2010. I was with them for 7 months and they took 236.00 out of my account every month but never paid my bills.

They took out a total of 1396.00. I sent them a letter canceling and they sent me half my money. I had to take it because i was being sued by American Express!!

If there is any lawsuit pending let me know. they still owe me the rest of my money, Thanks Mary

I had a similar experience with Freedom. they took all my money and never negotiated my debt.

They took about 2000 from my account. I wrote to everyone but no one did anything

Freedom Fidelity Managemt is a bad deal.

Do not do Business with them. They talk you into there program and do nothing.

Anyone who has done business with them and

they owe you money take them to small claims court, I plan on it.

I am in the same situation except they have taken over 4,500.00 of mine and I have sent in a cancellation letter asking for a full refund, they have put us in a position where we are now going to get a garnishment of wages and are being sued by 3 other major credit card companies. We are now trying to get are money back so we can file bankruptcy we have no other choice since Freedom Fidelity put us in this predicament.

This company is a total scam!!!!! I have also turned in complaints to the BBB and to our Attorney Generals Office.

Companies like this put people in worse financial strains instead of trying to help! Signed Very Upset in AZ :?
