Freedom Cookware - Praise Cookware

I bought my 12 pc Freedom cookware set in 2011 and still own and use them to this day Sept. 2021.

I have had absolutely zero issues with them and ABSOLUTELY LOVE how easy they are to clean and cook with. Very professional style and if you do not know how to cook with stainless steel I would HIGHLY recommend learning before buying this set as they can come across as a bad product if used improperly as they are professional grade.

Overall I give them a 10 out of 10 as Ive had them for over 10 years and use them every single day and they still look somewhat new. Learn to properly use somewhat every single day.

Great cookware

I bought the 32 piece Freedom cookware in 2011.

A friend of mine at the time who is a chef explained to me that to use stainless steel / aluminum cookware, you need to change your cooking habits. First, you heat up the pan, slowly, never use high heat. Next, test the pan with a small drop of water and if it sizzles, it is ready. Next, add some cooking oil (I use olive oil). Allow it to get hot before adding the food. Once your food is finished, add water to the pan so that the food does not stick.

Also, he said to always have on-hand a cast iron skillet and a non-stick pan for cooking. Stainless steel and aluminum cookware is not recommended for every type of food. I also own a non-stick copper pan.

This is a great cookware set, but you need to learn how to use them properly.

Handle broke on large skillet

I paid big money for this set of cookware model #H311****. The handled broke off the 18/8 large cooking pan as i was lifting it off the stove. It was full of fresh fried corn. This was the second time using it. I had corn all over the stove, floor including my clothes. I want money back or replace this skillet. i am very lucky that I didn't get 2nd degree burns from this. let me know if I need to return this pan or if you need anything else.

thank you

I am having the same issue with my Freedom Premium cookware. It is suppose to have a lifetime guarantee on defected workmanship. The bottom is falling and soon won't be able to use my favorite pot.

Looked up warranty and low and behold, they have removed it.

Very disappointed as I am a chef and quality is the one thing I enjoy. Good quality at a fair price.

Freedom Cookware Cookware Review

Bought the 12 pc. Cookware Set.

Everytime i cook in them the stuff burns in 4 minutes on a medium setting. So i turn the burner down to a low (4) setting. It still burns it.

This is the worse cookware EVER.

I am going to go viral with these pictures & videos so others will not buy this *** cookware. Freedom Cookware SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!

Glass lids poor design

I own a set of the Freedom pots and pans. I love the cookware however there is a dangerous problem.

I am unable to remove lids safely after using for a time. The metal *** on top is too hot. Unless you use a thin towel or rag the lid slips out of my hands. This is not a very safe design and should fixed on future set.

If I had access to a different type of lid knobs it would be great.

I know there is other types of materials that can be used instead of metal. I know the *** make the product more attractive but safety needs to be a priority.

Freedom ware's warrenty says I have to pay THEM to replace a defective fryingpan

sweepstakes clearing house sent me a warrenty for my freedom ware pots and pans, and accordeing to them, I have to pay for them to be replaced and for shipping and handeling plus, I am supposed to pay tp have it shipped to them!!! I am REALLY pissed!plus they want me to send the defective item to them and pay to send it to them!!!I feel that if an item is defective that they should be the ones to handle the situation. The handle broke off the small frying pan because it was poorly put on.It should be their concern.

Freedom cookware, small frying pan

i honestly don't know how to get this issue resolved. all i want to do is get the defective frying pan replaced.

does anyone have some information on how i can accomplish getting this issue resolved? the handle was welded o0n, i think, and it broke off and now i can't use it like that. i loove the rest of the pots and pans that i ordered.

the warrenty for these pots and pans is about to expire. i shouldn't have to pay to have the pan shipped back to them especially since it was their fault.please contact me at my e-mail asap, frankcordell@***.com

My issue is that they say nonstick and no directions for pretreating frying pans so I pretreated a few and left some untreated and most of them stick what should I do warranty expires December of 2014 and I shouldn't have to pay to return defective products but it's only $10.00
