Freedom care did not pay my care provider the correct amount on his check. We called and asked multiple times if the time sheet was reflecting the hours he worked. It showed the amount of approved hours and then the amount of worked hours and they were correct however his check was 200 short and when we contacted the case worker they said they would call back because they said they couldn't do anything until next week and because of their mistake and negligence we can't pay our storage unit and lost our unit with 50 years worth of belongings and they never exec called us back
