Flooded with emails
Over 1000 emails from recycle.org in my attempt at stopping it has been unsuccessful. Customer service number is not working any attempts on getting this resolved is obviously an exercise in futility. FREECYCLE .ORG SUCKS!

I have given and received items using the Freecycle site. They are one of the longest running "recycle goods" business in the world.
Membership is free and so are all of the items given or received.
Their goal is to keep still usable items out of landfills.
For a few months, non-member AOL and Yahoo ESP users have been spoofed by clever scammers pretending to be Freecycle. They cannot fix this because it is not coming from them.
It looks like AOL and Yahoo are not willing to help their users. It is no wonder why their users are upset - but they are blaming the wrong company.
