Horrible customer service
- - The antenna had no grooves and couldn't screw in.
- - It took 4 weeks to arrive.
- - There was no one to speak to and the service was poor.
They sent me a antenna that had absolutely no groves in it?? It took 4 weeks for it to arrive only to find out that this damn thing would not even be able to screw in?! No one to speak to, horrible customer service

Dont waste your money!!! They send you out an antenna with absolutely no groves in it to connect with your tv

Need an antenna
I need to know how I receive an antenna. I cant get anybody to answer me or explain to me how I add NFL and Fox Sports to my account. Very frustrated.

False advertising
Freecast claims to be free but requires payment info to create an account. A free service should be accessible without that info. Total SCAM that will surely steal your money.

I’ve canceled Free Cast last month & they still charged me this month. I wasn’t able to get a hold of a live person. Free Cast is a cheap service, not worth a penny
