I had an old email get hacked about 5 years ago and couldn't log into my freebird app and with some policy changes i couldn't access any rewards. I emailed higher ups to hopefully have the account in a new email I've been using since i couldn't do a password reset.

They did it, and for the last 7 days I've been trying to get a password reset email sent to me and nothing has happened. I go to the closest freebird location and asked if they can access these birthday rewards I got, they tell me my account on both my phone number and email don't exist. I've been emailing like crazy and the higher ups are not listening to me! I asked if they misspelled my email and they only got back in contact when i left a google review saying how higher up customer service is trash.

I've been asking if they can just send me a password reset email and they've been ignoring me. One point they were blowing up my phone but I wasn't available to call and they're now not getting back with my emails.

I've had password reset issues before but NEVER had I dealt with a company that straight up ignored and does not help! I refuse to step foot in another freebirds if this is how they treat those who need help.

Preferred solution: Access to my freebirds app account and an apology for horrible customer service. I'm not asking much! I just want access to my app so i can use my points and rewards!
