I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and concern regarding a recent incident at your establishment. Few days ago I experience was not only unpleasant but genuinely alarming, marking it as one of the worst days I've had.
During my lunch, I discovered a piece of glass in my food, which I unfortunately swallowed and cut the inside of my mouth.

This is completely unacceptable and raises serious questions about your food safety protocols. The presence of foreign objects in food is a severe health hazard and indicates a significant lapse in quality control.
I trust that you will take immediate and thorough action to investigate this matter and implement measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future.
Also, I am further dismayed by the dismissive and unprofessional response I received from the General Manager, Hannah. Her reaction to my report of finding glass in my food was incredibly insensitive and unhelpful. Specifically, she stated, and I quote, "respectfully, there's no way that glass was in your food.

I do not want to go back and forth" I then explained to her how unprofessional, insensitive, disrespectful, and most of all insulting this statement was to me. A loyal customer who absolutely given plenty of service to this place of business.
This statement is not only ignorant of the potential severity of the situation but also deeply insulting.

It suggests a lack of concern for customer safety and a refusal to take responsibility for what happened. Such a dismissive attitude from a member of your management team is unacceptable and only compounds the distress caused by this incident.

I had an old email get hacked about 5 years ago and couldn't log into my freebird app and with some policy changes i couldn't access any rewards. I emailed higher ups to hopefully have the account in a new email I've been using since i couldn't do a password reset.

They did it, and for the last 7 days I've been trying to get a password reset email sent to me and nothing has happened. I go to the closest freebird location and asked if they can access these birthday rewards I got, they tell me my account on both my phone number and email don't exist. I've been emailing like crazy and the higher ups are not listening to me! I asked if they misspelled my email and they only got back in contact when i left a google review saying how higher up customer service is trash.

I've been asking if they can just send me a password reset email and they've been ignoring me. One point they were blowing up my phone but I wasn't available to call and they're now not getting back with my emails.

I've had password reset issues before but NEVER had I dealt with a company that straight up ignored and does not help! I refuse to step foot in another freebirds if this is how they treat those who need help.

  • Can not access rewards on the register anymore

Preferred solution: Access to my freebirds app account and an apology for horrible customer service. I'm not asking much! I just want access to my app so i can use my points and rewards!

User's recommendation: you better not contact anyone higher up from this company or anythign regarding the app they WILL NOT help you and straight up ignore anything you're requesting. Been at this since Feb 8th, and really just wanted to use my rewards. My birthday rewards will expire in 9 days and wanted to use it but it'll be too late if there's ever a solution.
