I cannot get vip access on free ads Ive sent various messages to free adds but still cannot get VIP access

I have paid you £5.99 and cannot always message about a dog. Sometimes I can and sometimes it's asking me to pay another £5.99. Whats going in, its very frustrating. I've seen a dog that I like and I can't message the owner. As far as noneI recall I only hv to pay £5.99 once is that correct?? If so why can't I message. I'm not happy about this. Can't get through to you on the phone either.

Having trouble of my listings going live it is saying live but yet they are not appearing on freeads On the listings don't know why My listing ids are 3934**** 3933**** Sara

Can you please ecplain why i click on so many dog ads only to be told i need to pay 5.99 Ihave recieved a reply from freeads which was nothing to do with the question i asked. How bizarre

Bought a dog off the site and it was underweight full of fleas and a bag poor condition and the people we bought pup off was still selling pups

I cannot get any feedback regarding cancelling free ads for £2.99 by mistake. I have tried phone numbers, sent emails but no reply. I want this cancelling but cannot find any help

I never got any replies and couldn't see phone numbers, so i paid £5.99 & but still haven't had a single message back in response to my enquiries, messages show as read and for sale posts still on the site, but no response,,seems like it's just a scam and nothing is done to monitor sellers or check dogs are still for sale

Hello, I enrolled for Freeads Vip Membership last April 13th 2023. How ever when I try to contact advertisers selling a puppies, Freeads keep wanting me to pay and Enrol in the VIP system. WHY, can you sort this so I can get access to seller after all thats what I paid £5.99 for. ALSO is enrolling an ongoing membership or do I have to renew every so often. Hi, I'm having problems getting my pictures to fit into the space on my advert. Some seem to be fine buy others taken with the same camera and then viewed in Photoshop and cropped do not fit properly. Can you specify the dimensions or pixel size and picture format you use? It's frustrating to fine some pics are fine but no matter how I try to reduce them to fit, nothing seems to work properly so any one viewing the item is missing a lot of the picture detail.

We bought a second hand caravan from a VIP member ad I'd 3888****. Jay has been posting for 3 years and is a second hand caravan dealer. We had several messages and then went to view the caravan at his house in Hull, on arrival we were greeted by jay and his wife in there garden, the garden was completely water logged very muddy and nearly impossible to walk round. I spoke to jay about the age and general condition of the caravan he said it was 33 year old but everything had been repaired and was ready for use. We couldn't really inspect anything under the caravan because the area was in such a bad condition, we took jay at his word and purchased the caravan for £960, this was our first caravan and if we liked the concept was going to eventually buy something newer. We set off on our first trip on 12 June but unfortunately after we had driven about 15 miles we were alerted by a motorist to stop, we pulled up on the hard shoulder on the M18 motorway and couldn't believe what we were seeing, the door and surrounding areas had broken away from the body, we managed to strap the door up and it got us back home. We contacted jay, he said it wasn't like that when I sold it, as if we would have bought it like that!!! He then said you must have hit something or a tree branch has done it, I informed him that was totally wrong, I have been a class one hgv driver for 35 years so I know how to drive. He was clutching at straws basically, he then said if you bring it through I will repair it, I said I'll bring it tomorrow, he said no I have no room for it I will contact you when I can fit it in. He has not contacted us at all. We had the caravan inspected by a professional and he said it's scrap and must not be driven on the highway again. He looked at the repairs that had been done and said in his opinion the caravan should have been scrapped not repaired. We then decided to scrap the caravan it cost us £120 for it to be collected on a flat bed lorry. We are £1080 out of pocket. This man is selling potentially dangerous caravans to the public through your service, this could have been much worse if God forbid we had travelled further and the caravan broke up on the motorway, who knows what could have happened. This seller needs banning from your advertising site immediately.we will monitor the site and if he is allowed to sell potential death traps for a living then we will report this to trading standards.
