Not able to contact the provider.
I was given a government phone and it don't let me receive any calls or allow me to call out. I'm not able to talk to anyone or get customer service about the phone.
I googled the number that notify you to contact them if you having problems with the phone.
I can't call 611 because the phone do not allow me to call out. It's been 3 days trying to contact boost stand up or vortex communication .

They are still lying about my unlimited data and say I have to pay for more data
I have a government cell phone and tablet and I have had them for about 6 months and when I got them they told me unlimited data for them both I have a skypad and nokia phone by consumer cellular and I have never had a problem with running out of data until this month and they both ran out of data and they want me to pay for more. It's crazy how they both ran out at the same time!!!
The government is ripping us off. My SSDI check had $698.00 taken out of it starting at the same time as my tablet and phone started running out of data
